How does it work?

Whether you are vegetarian or meat eater, it's always a good decision to at least try a vegan lifestyle for 4 weeks. Yes, 4 weeks might seem a lot of time to some or little to others, but it will give you an overview of this lifestyle and help you decide on your future well-being.

I will show you what healthy vegan means and why we now have access to vegan burgers, pizzas, ice-creams etc but they are not healthy for our bodies. You will learn what healthy vegan food is and what should be avoided.

Have you ever heard of raw foodies or long-term vegans? They live longer and healthier. I will show you many examples.

One thing is clear - if you want to feel alive, eat food that gives life!

In order to enrol to my 100% Healthy Vegan For A Month program:

2. Schedule an appointment
3. Meet me online for the first consultation
4. We will talk about your food and lifestyle preferences and discuss your goals
4. I will prepare meal plans for you

We will have 4 sessions in total - one every week within the month. Each session will last for 60 minutes.
