Fully Raw Vegan Sweet Balls

So easy to snack on these at school, in the office, on the go. I make these raw sweets almost every week and yes – it’s another way to make sure the child gets the right nutrients

Since I have to think about what healthy foods to put into the lunch box every school day, I came up with an idea. I love preparing simple raw fruits like strawberries, blueberries, apples, mandarines, grapes in the big container and in the smaller one, I add 4 or 5 of these yummy balls for my son. It gives him energy for the day, it’s also a great snack before his football training and it’s really easy to take a box with you wherever you go.

Some of you know how passionate I am about raw foods and nature’s clean produce. Truth is that we are humans and we have evolved in a certain way, with certain foods, which now we tend to neglect. Moreover, these healthy foods are still available to us but marketing campaigns try to sell us poisonous edible-like packed stuff 24/7! Asking for our money.

It might be easier to buy a box with chocolate sweets and just eat it all but… the raw sweet balls I’m sharing with you now aren’t going to take much of your time either. Plus, they will nourish you, give you energy, feed your microbiome, build new cells with healthy plant protein and they are SO yummy! No guilt, no artificial sugar, no trans fats, no processed carbs – just love & health.

Are you ready? It literally takes up to 15 minutes!

Let’s do it!
