6-Month Weight-Loss Program

At our first consultation, we will go through your Health History and discuss details around your health. We will set goals. We will also agree on the first changes we will have to make and I will be there to answer all your questions.

Every consultation lasts 60 minutes. You will then have 2 weeks to implement the changes and become comfortable with your new lifestyle. Weight loss is usually observed in the first month already. Depending on your final goal, we will adjust the strategy once per month so we get there as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that I am a holistic coach and I work with all aspects of the body, mind, spirit and your lifestyle choices. In addition, I am all about natural approach and supporting the body to heal itself by itself.

  • We will meet every 2 weeks, twice a month for  6 months for best results.

In case you wonder:

  • Coaching on the weekends?

I know that life can get busy sometimes. Therefore you can have the consultations with me during the weekend as well. Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning, it’s not a problem.

  • Is it possible to extend the program to 9 months?

Yes, it is possible in case we can both find a suitable day and time. Usually, the 6-month program can be repeated but with an advanced version – 6 more months for even deeper healing.

  • How does the payment happen?

You will receive an invoice to complete the payment after every consultation or for the entire program at once. We will discuss your choice at our first meeting.

  • Not satisfied for any reason

If you are not satisfied, you can stop the program at any time with a 7-day notice period.
