For best results, most of the coaching programs last 6 months. I have a one-time consultation as well as a 1-month long program.

Once you are ready for the journey of healing, feel free to email me anytime to schedule your personal Health History session. That will be your first consultation with me and it usually takes 1 hour. We will fill in a form together and identify areas where we can work on improvement. We will then plan the following sessions for a time that suits us best.

The 100 min Awareness Consultation costs €89.
The price of the 6-Month Weight-Loss Program is €198 per month (€99 per consultation).
The price of the 6-Month Boost Your Immunity Program is €198 per month (€99 per consultation).
The program Healthy Vegan For A Month costs €236 in total (€59 per consultation).

In this initial meeting, both you and me have the chance to get to know each other and determine how will we work together. We will go through a Health History form and fill it together. You get to see what the health coaching is all about, how the coaching process looks like, how I work, and what I can offer you. Then, we both should come to an agreement about the plan that would meet your goals.
